One word: Delicious. Perfect balance between the sweetness of the honey and spiciness of the mustard. The honey also makes the skin a little burnt and crunchy, and the smell is heavenly.
Ingredients:
1 salmon steak (about 8oz)
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of dried rosemary and basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Wash and pat dry the salmon steak. Preheat oven to 190C or 375F
- Microwave garlic and butter until butter is completely melted
- Add mustard, honey, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper into the butter, mix thoroughly
- Split the dressing in two parts. Rub one part all over salmon, sprinkle a little salt and pepper
- Place salmon on a rack and bake for 25 minutes
- Drizzle the rest of dressing on the cooked salmon, serve.

DEEEELICIOUS! That’s what this looks like. I’m a big fan of the honey-mustard combination and I’m always looking for new flavors to try with salmon, so I’m going to give this one a try! You should too :)
