Honey Mustard Salmon

One word: Delicious. Perfect balance between the sweetness of the honey and spiciness of the mustard. The honey also makes the skin a little burnt and crunchy, and the smell is heavenly.

Ingredients:
1 salmon steak (about 8oz)
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of dried rosemary and basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash and pat dry the salmon steak. Preheat oven to 190C or 375F
  2. Microwave garlic and butter until butter is completely melted
  3. Add mustard, honey, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper into the butter, mix thoroughly
  4. Split the dressing in two parts. Rub one part all over salmon, sprinkle a little salt and pepper
  5. Place salmon on a rack and bake for 25 minutes
  6. Drizzle the rest of dressing on the cooked salmon, serve.
