Best Post-Workout Lunch: Baked Lemon Butter Salmon

 I love this dish. It’s delicious and it’s a perfect post-workout meal, you can just leave it in the oven and shower while you bake it. Also because salmon is my favorite fish ever, and WHO DOESN’T LIKE BUTTER?

Ingredients:
6-8oz salmon steak
1 tablespoon butter
2/3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon and a pinch of dried rosemary

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F or 190C
  2. Microwave butter and minced garlic for about 30 seconds
  3. Add 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly
  4. Rub butter sauce all over the salmon and sprinkle with a little more rosemary on top. Place salmon on a rack and bake for 25 minutes
