
After several attempts at searching for the best mug brownie, I finally made this perfect mug brownie. Unlike my past attempts which tend to be either very springy and egg like or rock solid and dry, this mug brownie turned out to be very moist and fudgey. I didn’t add any sweetener and it’s a little bitter so feel free to modify this a bit.
Ingredients:
1 egg
Dark chocolate chips enough to cover the bottom of the mug, doesn’t matter if you add a little more
1-2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon almond flour
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
- Melt chocolate chips with butter
- Add water, almond flour and baking soda. Add in the egg and stir vigorously
- Microwave for 1.5 minutes or until it’s set on the edge but a little liquidy in the center, it will continue to cook after you take it out from the microwave
